Kyle Krull & Jennifer Campbell
Kyle and Jennifer are recognized experts in the field of law firm
marketing and practice development, particularly within the estate
planning arena. Together or separately, they share marketing insights
and teache strategies and tactics for cultivating truly collaborative
professional alliances, long-term client relationships, and a healthy,
profitable practice. Their topics are always customized to the specific
client and firm's needs as appropriate. They have spoken to a variety of
groups from local estate planning councils and firm retreats to larger
crowds such as The Southern California Tax & Estate Planning Forum,
WealthCounsel, InterActive Legal Systems, the Washington, D.C. Bar
Association, and The Heckerling Institute. Many programs can be
qualified for CLE credits.
The following are some of the most popular topics widely requested
by various clients and associations. All presentations are fully
customized to address a client’s specific needs and market pressures.
Presentation length also can be customized to meet your needs.
- Managing Collaborative Relationships: Using Integrity
Marketing's extensive market research on collaboration between
estate planning attorneys and financial professionals, Kyle and
Jennifer show how applying key concepts will optimize these
alliances for profitability and better client service.
- Marketing to Business Owners: Business owners face a
number of unique and frequently vexing estate planning challenges,
but reaching them requires a creative strategy. Typical consumer
strategies will never attract the busy, bottom-line-oriented,
success-driven business owner. But, with corporate dollars often
available to solve their unique challenges, you can't afford to
overlook this lucrative market niche.
- Successful Internet Marketing: How important is your web
site to your practice development? Consider that a recent study of
legal services buyers found that 65 percent have gone online to hire
a law firm, 89 percent use search engines to find law firm web
sites, and 86 percent go DIRECTLY TO THE LAW FIRM SITE rather than
through portals such as Martindale-Hubbell. In this presentation,
Kyle and Jennifer outline the essentials about web site design,
driving traffic to your site, ranking well with search engines, and
how to use electronic newsletters, blogs and pay-per-click to
enhance your internet marketing.
- Marketing to the Mid-Tier Client: Planning for clients in
the $3 to $5 million asset range can be very profitable for your
estate planning practice. Learn how to reach these clients -- and
their trusted advisors -- with targeted relationship marketing; and
see why this market is essential to the growth of your practice.
- Building Professional Referrals: Sophisticated, savvy,
well-educated and well-heeled clients seldom find their way to your
office through the yellow pages. Thriving in today's market means
building referral relationships, and building them with the right
the people, the right organizations, and in the right manner. Learn
to identify potential referral sources, prioritize your marketing
efforts, and begin the relationship-building process, including what
to say in your letters, your public relations, our phone calls and
your personal relationships.
- Essential Client Relations: Your current clients are the
single best source of future business for your firm, but only if you
nurture client relationships. A client relations program need not be
costly, but it must be consistent. Identify the components of an
effective client relation program and start implementing strategies
to build strong relationships and referrals.
- Keys to Successful Education Marketing Using Workshops,
Seminars & Continuing Education: Every week your prospective
clients are invited to yet another cattle-call seminar, whether by
newspaper ads or engraved invitations. But attendance is dwindling.
Still, seminars and workshops CAN be a valuable component of your
relationship marketing strategy. Learn how to structure a seminar
marketing program that WORKS, what to expect from your seminar
programs, and how to mtoivate prospects to schedule follow-up
appointments.
- Best Practices in Trusts & Estates: A lively keynote
presentation highlighting some of the more common (and humorous)
ways that lawyers tend to shoot themselves in the foot when it comes
to marketing & sales. Then, a more serious look at what the most
successful, and profitable, practitioners and firms are doing right
to ensure long-term growth and healthy revenues.
- Accounting for Sales & Marketing Management: Things Your
CPA Never Told You! Learn how to track your progress and adjust your
plans accordingly. Understand your firm's marketing financials,
including length of the sales cycle, closing ratios, most profitable
type of planning, bet referral sources, and weakest areas that may
require work.
- Seven-Point Check-Up: There are seven key check-up points
that will diagnose the health-risks for your practice, sometimes
long before you see any real symptoms. Learn what they are and how
to conduct an annual self-examination that will ensure your practice
is headed for profitable longevity.
